Accessing Welcome

Welcome can be configured from any browser. Simply enter

in your browser and enter username/password. You will get to the main configuration menu.

Warning: It is highly recommended that you define a realm for "pi_admin". If you don't have this string password protected, your server is hackable by anyone. See your server manual on how to do this.

There are four sections you can access from the main configuration menu:

1. List of Hosts (pi_admin.welcome?hosts)
Here you can configure virtual hosts.

2. List of Rules (pi_admin.welcome?rules)
Here you can configure rules.

3. Test Hosts/Rules (pi_admin.welcome?test)
On this page, Welcome will show you a virtual browser. You can enter URLs and set some other options to test incoming request and their results remotely.

4. Preferences (pi_admin.welcome?prefs)
Here you can set some options for Welcome.
